GENERAL CONSTRUCTION

Besides the total management of a project, Alcon can perform its own site work, site utilities, form work, rebar placement, concrete placement and finishing, miscellaneous iron installation, structural steel erection, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, door and hardware installation, drywall framing, drywall hanging, drywall finishing, acoustical ceiling installation, painting and masonry installation.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

Alcon provides construction leadership with a defined scope of services throughout various phases of the project including planning, design and construction to represent the interest of our client and to administer the contract or to manage the work, including cost, time and quality.

DESIGN BUILD

The fastest growing delivery system in the market.  Alcon becomes the single point of responsibility for the owner throughout the duration of the project.  Alcon engages the design team, most often consisting of an architectural firm, and an engineering firm to design the project, which Alcon constructs.  Our firm has worked with this delivery system with tremendous success.  Since this delivery method has been approved under the Georgia Public Works Law, many government agencies are utilizing this method due to the enormous advantages to the client.
